Diversity and Inclusion Educational Session with the FutureWork Institute
Managing diversity and inclusion in your organization is not only relevant, but also critical – and strategic – to conducting business in today’s world.
The Council of PR Firms collaborated with the FutureWork Institute to create an important diversity and inclusion train-the-trainers session that assisted in establishing, and/or reenergizing, diversity and inclusion initiatives at PR firms. FutureWork Institute, a consulting team, focuses on all aspects of diversity and work-life issues, partners with clients to envision and make real the future of work in North America.
The program covered the business case for diversity and inclusion, offered participants the opportunity to learn about best practices, and provided a process for determining the strategic and appropriate actions for each organizations.
